I’ve been fortunate to lead a team of brilliant minds for about 4+ years now. I believe that the environment within a team is a micro-culture within the organization and the alignment between the two leads to impactful results.

At Manhattan Associates, I have helped establish a vision for the team that aligns with the larger product strategy of the company. This vision has been guiding us in our goal towards elevating the team maturity and our influence within the organization.

I’m responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the team while providing design direction for on-going projects. Also, hiring, on-boarding and coaching new talent on a growing team.
